Meila Kwan May - La - Kwan - Meila is a 14 year old girl with an average so-so life. She lives with her mother in a run down apartment, but she has a big heart and is always cheerful about things. Meila is very soft spoken and not really considered an outcast, but she's not popular either. Her feelings don't come out too often, but when they do, they really do. She makes mistakes like every other human, but most of the time she is very responsible and mature for her age.

Sami Ma Sah - Me - Ma - Sami is also 14 year old and is Meila's best friend. They have known each other ever since Meila was 5 years old, when they met in kindergarden. Sami is always happy and always seems to find a way to bring everybody's spirits up when they are discouraged. She constantly is talking and knowing all the latest gossip and humor along with word on the street, and could be well described as the "not thinking before you speak" type.

Lanna Lang Lah - Nah - Lang - The "brain" of the group, Lanna is very smart and always makes straight A's. She is a perfectionist, which can get annoying sometimes but whenever her friends need help she's always ready to tutor them. Lanna is extreamly quiet and very booksmart, but sometimes she doesn't have common sense which makes her appear a little gullible. She is very sweet and kind but she can be naive, which can be dangerous.

Kanshi Chan Kahn - She - Chan - Kanshi is VERY bossy and often considers herself the leader of the group. Even though she always wants to be first at everything, she is full of determination and confidence and she cares about her friends very much. Kanshi is adventurous but she is also very cautious. She never does anything that breaks the law and always asks lots of questions before doing it. Her family is pretty rich and her father owns a large company, so usually when her friends play they all go over to her house.

Minchu Kwan Mean - Chu - Kwan - Minchu is Meila's mother. She is a very independent woman and always looks out for her daughter, but working two jobs in one day is not easy. She is usually very tired and worn out by the end of the day but appreciates her daughter's care for her. She is a quiet woman and speaks little, but if she can't find a way to tell someone she cares, she shows them.

I will add more characters in the future to this page, but if I do now they will spoil the story for you :P
